Repentance is deeper than feeling bad about our choices, going to confession, wiping the slate clean, and then repeating the same sins. Repentance requires a change of heart. In my struggles with addiction, I found that when I made the decision to care about God more than I cared about myself, my life changed for the better. No sin is too great for His grace.
